The UK's first ever Race Equality Week is just one week away!

Taking place from the 1st to the 7th of February, Race Equality Week is a UK-wide initiative uniting hundreds of organisations and individuals in activity to address the barriers facing race equality in the workplace. There are three key ways to get involved:

A visible show of support for race equality; display the VIRTUAL BADGE and encourage others to take part.

A commitment to action not words; Publish your BIG PROMISE to affect positive change.

Create a SAFE SPACE for purposeful dialogue between senior leaders and ethnic minority employees.

Register for free at raceequalitymatters.com and download everything you need to get started, including the Participation Pack for individuals and organisations.

Below is also an exciting calendar of events taking place throughout the week, with places available to book on the Race Equality Matters website.

Green Park are proud to be Co-founders of Race Equality Matters and to be leading Race Equality Week as part of their continual commitment to championing diversity, inclusion and equality in UK business. Green Park wants to support your organisation to run this campaign and help make a real difference to ethnic minority employees across the country. If you require any additional guidance on how to take part, please do not hesitate to email their team at info@raceeqaulitymatters.com.
